This is a simple device based on the
motor principle. An electric current through a gas is pushed out by a
magnet but I use the displacement current because the gas is an insultor

and so an alternating magnetic field powered by an alternating current in a winding and an alternating electric potential powered by an alternating electric potential.

These two alternators are in phase and driven from two transformers connected to the basic alternator. One ransformer makes high potentials the other high currents. If the winding has high impedance then the two pairs of terminals could be connected in parallel but it is not a tuned circuit. The ratio of the two fields is 300 ohms approx.
